Distribution: Found in the hot dry areas of the southwestern Cape. Description: The upright stems are acutely 4-5 angular and are toothed. Flower: Flower is bell shaped, pale yellow in colour and spotted with dark red spots. Flowers are covered with papillae which are clavate near the throat of the flower. Corolla lobes are highly fused to one another and they taper to a reddish tip. Cultivation: Shade, little water (prone to rot, esp in autumn & winter), frost protection required. min temp 10 C.
