Locality:  sw of Ladismith
Distribution:  Southern parts of
the Western Cape, from the Ladismith area southwestwards to Swellendam and Northwards to the Touws River.
Description:  Mat forming, the leaves pairs are dissimiliar, free, completely joined  or joined at the base.  It is often pubescent and velvety.
Flower:  The pedicellate flowers can be pink to reddish-violet or white.
Propagation:  Seeds and offsets.
Cultivation:  My plants are grown in light shade (will tolerate full sun), watered sparingly to prevent leaves from bursting. (I usually water my plants when the leaves start to wrinkle).
